Meet Chad Friedrichs. Chad joined Tailwind Group as a Property Accountant in January of 2021. After two years of being in the Property Accountant role Chad was promoted to Residential Property Accounting Manager. Not only does Chad perform accounting duties for his own properties he leads the accounting for the construction projects, reviews accounting reports, helps in the transition of new properties, organizes summits and much more. In this role Chad uses his managerial skills from his previous business ownership to lead the team. He isn’t only a manager in a business sense but more of a mentor in life. Chad is known for building relationships; last year he was voted Property Accountant of the Year. Thank you Chad for helping the accounting team get where it is today!

Tailwind Group's 4th Annual Operations and Budget Summit took place last week in Mankato, Minnesota. The first day started out with a powerful presentation from Cindra Kamphoff, Ph.D., CSP, CMPC and was followed by innovative training sessions led by the Corporate Operations and Accounting teams. After the first day of training, the teams competed in a "Nailed It" cake decorating competition.
