J Longs

Went here for a wedding suit. it was a purchase not a rental.

When they measured for it they started with pants that were to big and a jacket to small and said both would be ok.
Measured me up and ordered the suit. When it came in I went back to try it on and have the pant legs adjusted. Pants were still to loose. Now they said they would take them in to fit. Jacket was tight but they said its how they are worn. I said it was uncomfortable. They said this is how there worn, so I left. I went back when pants were done and picked up the suit. I did not try it on again because I assumed they would do the alterations as me spoke of.
Long story short, pants are wrong and jacket is tight. Not going to be looking very good I my J Longs suit for the wedding that I paid for. I wont be wearing any of this suit after the wedding.

I will just make sure everyone knows not to go to J Longs, they do not listen to the customer and push it off as being the way it is worn.
I drove 60 miles twice to get a suit I will wear once.

Sorry no more J Longs for me.

J Longs has an awesome supply of men's clothing. I have bought my boyfriend a few items from Aaron. My boyfriend could not stop talking about how special the clothes were and how they made him feel so good. The fabric is of such awesome quality and so obviously worth the few extra bucks!
